The Five-Man Baseball Team - Good linky reading re: Army size can be found here. I've said it before and I'll say it again. If you want to fight a big war you end up preparing pretty much enough Military to fight a couple small wars. Which is what we have now, but not what we prepared for in the 1990s. Its time to expand the military.

Besides, it will be fun watching Liberals squirm while they justify complaining about the military's insufficient size and then not voting for increasing said size.

Going clockwise from top, that's a P-38, A-10, P-47, and an F-16. And this weekend is the Ryan Air Field Air Show. If in Tucson tomorrow from 8 AM until 3 PM, take I-19 south to Ajo, get off going west, follow until you get to the airfield (on your right, the north side of the road). Fun stuff going on, including a B-17 display.

Arizona Sunrise - Not sure how this got its name, but it sounds tasty

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila
• 1/2 oz Rose's sweetened lime juice
• Grenadine
• 4 oz Orange juice

Put ice in a tall glass, pour in the grenadine in until it settles in the bottom. Shake the other stuff together, pour over ice. Fruit garnish.

As always, the warning to stay sober is in effect. Unless, of course, you like tasting processed alcohol.
