February 2nd, 2005 I apologize - for the dashed off schlocking that is going to have to pass for a blog posting today. I'm very busy at work, and I couldn't think of anything to write about last night. You'll just have to settle for the ... Unknown blog - Joyella's Snippets. She's a semi-frequent commenter on JG.com. Enjoy. Oh, and we watched Gattaca last night - Its a really good movie, but didn't get nearly the praise its worth. Jude Law does Dark & Surly so well he could write the textbook on it. With all the talk these days about genetic engineering and mutant/hybrids, its a refreshing look at where that road could go and what we are capable of. And where else in Hollywood could you hear the phrase "God Child" mentioned in a non-derisive manner? |
