Old Marine Manuals put to good use

Yesterday the Wall Street Journal had an article about an old Marine Manual being used now in Iraq. The WSJ requires a subscription, but that is no obstacle. There are other copies of the article on the net. Like this one. Of course, the article itself doesn't give you the real meat of the story, the manual itself. That is here. Its 25.9 MB, so be aware before you download. More fun can be found at the Marine Corps Small Wars Center, including a draft of the revised manual.

MatthewMaynard.net: we finish the journalist's story.
