04/06/2004 Entry: "Shredding the anti-gunners" Posted by Maynard @ 02:54 PM MST Shredding the anti-gunners Here's a Dissent in the 9th Circus about the collective vs. individual interpretation of the 2nd Amendment. My view: apparently, it does take an english degree to correctly read & interpret the Constitution. Obviously, it should be read as an individual right, since it refers to the people having the right. If it is a collective right, then the first amendment is a collective right as well.
