Happy Religious Freedom Day

Today is Religious Freedom Day. I recommend everyone celebrate by reading a banned book.

Like the Bible.

On a related side note, today's Wizard of Id cartoon seems entirely appropriate. As for those who would like to contemplate the "separation" of church and state, consider the following: which group does the first amendment restrict with its words, Congress or the Church? That is, according to the wording of the amendment, is Congress prevented from telling a Church what to preach, or is the Church prevented from telling the Congress how to legislate?
