A Thanksgiving Word Puzzle

What is the longest word in the English language? Free bookmark to the person who can figure it out before Saturday evening. Here is a hint: it is ingested in mass quantities this Thursday. answer posted in the comments.

On Thanksgiving, we'll ingest lots of cyclopentanoperhydrophenanthrene. Although, this is not THE longest word in the English language, it is one of the longer words. And we'll certainly be eating our fair share tomorrow.
