Grocery clerks have a union?

Apparently so. They're on strike against Safeway in Collyvornia, at least according to Reuters. I wonder what Jeremy has to say about this, since he once worked in a grocery store.

Back in PA, there we're Grocery Stores with Unions, but I worked for an rogue chain with only 14 stores (at the time).

And $12-14/hr is pretty high. I never made over $10.00/hr there. (Not including Overtime or Nighttime duty.) While I wasn't management, and given the fact that this was 10 years ago.

$12-14 seems kind of high.

Personally, I just enjoied the perks of catching shoplifters.

No fair giving just a teaser! You need to tell the hanging-out-the-car-window-trying-to-get-the-keys shoplifting story. I looked but couldn't find it on JG.com.
