Some drink recipes

Jennifer and I have found these drink recipes quite tasty as of late:
Vesper (borrowed/modified from Casino Royale)
- 1 measure ice-cold vodka
- 3 measures ice-cold gin
- 1/2 measure dry vermouth (for those who can’t afford Kina Lillet)
- 3 drops lemon juice
Shake, serve with lemon twist. The ice-cold ingredients remove the need to prep with ice.
Manhattan
- 2 measures bourbon or American whiskey
- 1/2 measure sweet vermouth
- 1 dash Peychaud bitters
Stir together. Serve in a cocktail glass with maraschino cherry and lemon peel garnish. Gilby (please pray for him, he’s in a tight spot medically right now) would call this a relative of the Fat Man.
For those keeping track of NaBloPoMo, file this under Adult Play (not that kind, perv).
