I have recently bought a Remington 700 left-handed model, in .30-06. Those of you who know about US Military history know that the .30-06 was the rifle caliber of choice for the US Military from 1906 until the NATO switchover in the 50′s and 60′s. It is still considered one of the most versatile rounds in existence. I’ll post stories about it here, from time to time.
